摘要
职业教育教师是欧盟国家建设高质量职业教育体系的关键,处于核心优先发展领域。工业4.0时代教师的专业发展面临诸多难题:职业教育师资结构不平衡、产教融合破壁不足阻碍师资交流、师资难以满足教育数字化和绿色化转型的需求。为解决重重困境,欧盟国家提出了以下举措:增强职教教师行业吸引力、继续加强专业发展、深化校企合作战略、提升数字技能行动和提供绿色技能发展平台。这些举措为推进我国职业教育教师专业发展提供了新方向,应以制度建设为根基,保障专业发展良好生态;以职前职后一体化专业发展体系为保障,提升专业发展质量;以校企交流为动力,促进专业发展联动;以数字+绿色技能孪生转型为目标,更新专业发展技能。
Vocational education teachers are the key to building a high-quality vocational education system in EU countries and are at the core of priority development.The professional development of teach⁃ers in the era of Industry 4.0 is faced with many problems:unbalanced structure of vocational education teachers,lack of industry-education integration hinder teacher exchanges,and teachers have difficulty meeting the demands of digitalization and green transformation of education.To solve the difficulties,EU countries have proposed the following measures:to enhance the attractiveness of the vocational education teacher industry,continue to strengthen professional development,deepen the school-enterprise coopera⁃tion strategy,enhance the digital skills action,and provide a green skills development platform.These mea⁃sures provide a new direction for promoting the professional development of vocational education teachers in China,which should be based on system construction to ensure a good ecological environment for profes⁃sional development;To improve the quality of professional development with pre-service and post-service integrated professional development system;Take school-enterprise exchanges as the driving force to pro⁃mote the linkage of professional development;Update professional development skills with the goal of digi⁃tal+green skills twin transformation.
