场域理论视域下高职院校教学数字化转型的关键要素、现实挑战与优化路径

Key elements,practical challenges,and optimization paths of digital transformation in vocational college teaching from the perspective of field theory

摘要 高职院校教学数字化转型对于其自身发展至关重要,不仅能够适应职业教育数字化转型的整体趋势,还能实现人才培养高质量发展的现实诉求。立足场域理论,并从关键要素、现实挑战和优化路径三个方面进行分析。研究发现,高职院校教学数字化转型的关键要素是三个维度的行动目标,并以数字技术作为行动资本、以数字素养作为行动习惯。但高职院校教学在数字化转型的过程中,其行动目标面临同步性、等价性、失衡性困境,同时还存在数字技术的资本赋能问题以及数字素养的习惯转变问题。因此,需要强化产教融合作为人才培养的方式,从而实现教学数字化转型的行动目标;提升数字技术在教学数字化转型中的资本赋能效果;以数字素养为关键点,在教学数字化转型中重塑行动习惯。 The digital transformation of teaching in higher vocational colleges is crucial for their own development.It not only adapts to the overall trend of digital transformation in vocational education but also meets the practical demands for high-quality talent cultivation.Based on the perspective of field theory,this study analyzes the digital transformation of teaching in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:key elements,practical challenges,and optimization paths.The research finds that the key characteristics of the digital transformation of teaching in higher vocational colleges are three-dimensional action objectives,with digital technology as the action capital and digital literacy as the action habitus.However,in the process of digital transformation of teaching,the action objectives of higher vocational colleges face challenges such as synchronicity,equivalence,and imbalance;there are also issues related to the capital empowerment of digital technology and the transformation of digital literacy habitus.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen industry-education integration as a way of talent cultivation to achieve the action objectives of digital transformation of teaching;enhance the capital empowerment effect of digital technology in the digital transformation of teaching;and focus on digital literacy to reshape action habitus in the digital transformation of teaching.
