摘要
探索以职业本科专业人才培养方案开发为突破口,遵循一体化提升专业人才培养的适应性、一体化设计各层次专业人才培养定位和专业教学标准体系的基本逻辑,衔接贯通职业教育人才培养体系。面对专业人才贯通培养方案开发路径不清晰、课程体系衔接不到位、实践教学体系对接不紧密的问题,需要实践深入进行基于类型教育的人才需求调研、创新与类型教育相适应的专业人才培养模式、构建与类型教育相衔接的专业课程体系、完善紧密对接类型教育的专业实践教学体系及组建结构化“双师型”高水平专业教师团队的职业本科专业人才贯通培养方案开发路径。
Taking the development of vocational undergraduate talent training programs as a break⁃through,the study follows the basic logic of integrating to enhance the adaptability of talent training,design⁃ing the positioning of professional talent training at all levels,and establishing a professional teaching stan⁃dard system to connect and integrate the vocational education talent training system.Faced with the prob⁃lems of unclear development paths,inadequate integration of curriculum systems,and loose integration of practical teaching systems in the development of integrate training programs for professional talents,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on talent needs based on type education,innovate talent training models that are suitable for type education,and construct a professional curriculum system that is connect⁃ed with type education,improve a professional practice teaching system that is closely connected with type education,and establish a structured"double-qualified"high-level professional teacher team to develop a integrate training program for vocational undergraduate.
