Vocational Discipline Construction:Process,Status and Prospect

摘要 职业学科是职业教育类型学科的总称,是基于中国国情并具有鲜明中国特色的职业教育类型的标志性概念。职业学科建设的历程主要包括职业教育学学科单独发展阶段、职业教育的学科建设阶段和职业学科建设的初创阶段。目前,职业学科建设尚处于初步阶段,具体主要体现在形成了概念体系、梳理了内在逻辑、考察了哲学基础、论证了合法地位、设计了建构路径、探讨了逻辑理路、构建了发展模式、讨论了学科文化、借鉴了域外经验九个方面。展望未来,由于我国已经进入了以中国式现代化全面推进教育强国建设的关键时期,就应根据中国式现代化的要求和职业学科建设的实际,主要抓好“中国特色、世界水平”建设目标的确立、“三大体系”同步构建和行动方案制定等重点工作,以推动职业学科建设逐步走向高水平。 Vocational Discipline is a general term for disciplines of vocational education,serving as a distinctive conceptual marker for this type of education based on China’s national conditions and embodying distinct Chinese characteristics.The development of vocational discipline has primarily gone through three stages:the independent development of vocational pedagogy as a discipline,the disciplinary construction of vocational education,and the initial phase of vocational discipline construction.Currently,progress in vocational discipline construction remains at a preliminary stage,mainly reflected in nine aspects:the formation of a conceptual framework,the clarification of internal logic,the examination of philosophical foundations,the justification of its legitimacy,the design of construction pathways,the exploration of logical approaches,the development of growth models,the discussion of disciplinary culture,and the incorporation of international experiences.Looking ahead,as China has entered a critical period of advancing the construction of an education powerhouse through Chinese modernization,efforts should align with the demands of Chinese modernization and the realities of vocational discipline construction.Key priorities include establishing the goal of building“distinctive Chinese features with world-class standards”,synchronizing the construction of the“three major systems”and formulating action plans to propel vocational discipline construction toward higher levels of excellence.
