摘要
职业教育“中高本”贯通人才培养体系,是推动现代职业教育高质量发展、畅通职教学生升学通道的重要举措。当前,海南省在贯通培养模式上已取得一定成效,但在一体化设计人才培养目标、课程体系衔接、多方协同评价等方面存在不足。应构建以产业需求为导向的“三阶”协同体系,即顶层设计一体化人才培养目标、系统构建层次化递进式课程体系、推行行企参与的多元评价方式,从而优化贯通培养模式,提升职业教育贯通人才培养质量和适应性,为海南自由贸易港建设提供有力的人才支撑。
The integration of vocational education into the talent training system through the"secondary vocational education,higher vocational education,and undergraduate education"is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education and smooth the path for vocational education students to further their education.At present,Hainan Province has achieved certain results in the integrated training mode,but there are shortcomings in the integrated design of talent training objectives,curriculum system connection,and multi-party collaborative evaluation.A"three-level"collaborative system guided by industrial demand should be constructed,which includes top-level design of integrated talent training objectives,systematic construction of hierarchical progressive curriculum system,and promotion of diversified evaluation methods involving industry and enterprise participation.This will optimize the integrated training mode,improve the quality and adaptability of vocational education integrated talent training,and provide strong talent support for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
