摘要
从政策期待、理论适切、实践可行三方面理解应用型高校产教融合型师资队伍建设逻辑理路。为使其落地落实,从师资队伍建设对标产业岗位的需求、依托现代产业学院推进师资队伍建设、完善产教融合型师资队伍的发展路径出发,通过机制为首,加强顶层设计,完善产教融合型教师专业发展机制;标准为基,坚持标准先行,建立健全产教融合型教师标准体系;保障为实,政策资源倾斜,确保产教融合型师资队伍稳步发展等三个方面入手,找出行之有效的应用型高校产教融合型师资队伍建设路径。
This paper explores the logical reasoning of the construction of industry-education integration teaching staff in applied universities from three aspects:policy expectations,theoretical suitability,and practical feasibility.In order to implement this,starting from the needs of industry positions in teaching staff construction,relying on modern industrial colleges to promote teaching staff construction,and improving the development path of industry-education integration teaching staff,this paper focuses on mechanisms,strengthens top-level design,and improves the professional development mechanism of industry-education integration teachers;adheres to standards,establishes and improves the standard system for industry-education integration teachers;and ensures guarantees,provides policy resources,and ensures the steady development of industry-education integration teaching staff.This paper identifies effective construction paths for applied universities'industry-education integration teaching staff.
