葫芦素煤矿煤矸石充填材料压实特性试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 固废充填材料的压实特性研究是实施固体密实充填采煤技术的重要基础。通过设计自然堆积破碎矸石孔隙率测试试验;自然配比、不同级配、不同配比条件下固废材料侧限压缩试验,对侧限压缩条件下固废充填材料的压实特性进行研究。结果表明,自然堆积破碎矸石孔隙度在8.6%左右,孔径主要以小于0.1μm的微型孔径为主,从微观角度分析充填矸石压实过程主要由矸石堆积之后形成的空隙被压实产生;在P max=16 MPa条件下,矸石材料有效孔隙几乎完全闭合,且粒径较大矸石材料出现断裂,自然配比条件下矸石最大应变量平均值为0.415,整体应变量较大,不适宜直接运用到充填工作中;综合考虑矸石研磨成本及其压实性能,矸石材料最佳级配范围为0~20 mm,其应变值远小于自然配比煤矸石材料;增加粉煤灰辅料可以明显提高矸石固废混合材料的压实性能,当粗矸、细矸与粉煤灰配比为0.6∶0.3∶0.1和0.7∶0.2∶0.1时,压实性能最佳。 The study of compaction characteristics of solid waste filling materials is an important basis for the implementation of solid dense filling mining technology.In this paper,the porosity test of broken gangue with natural accumulation is designed.The confined compression test of solid waste material under the conditions of natural ratio,different grading and different ratios was conducted to study the compaction characteristics of solid waste filling materials under the conditions of confined compression.The research conclusions are as follows:The porosity of natural piled broken gangue is about 8.6%,and the pore size is mainly micro pore size less than 0.1μm.From the microscopic perspective,the compaction process of filling gangue is mainly caused by the compaction of the void formed by the accumulation of gangue.Under the conditions of P max=16 MPa,the effective pores of gangue materials are almost completely closed,and the gangue materials with large particle size appear to be broken.Under the condition of natural ratio,the average value of the maximum strain variable of gangue is 0.415,and the overall strain variable is greater,which is not suitable to be directly applied to filling work.Considering the grinding cost and compaction performance of gangue,the optimal grading range of gangue material is 0~20 mm,and its strain value is far less than that of natural coal gangue material.Adding fly ash auxiliary materials can significantly improve the compacting performance of gangue solid waste mixed materials.When the ratio of raw gangue,fine gangue and fly ash is 0.6∶0.3∶0.1 and 0.7∶0.2∶0.1,the compaction performance is the best.
