摘要
煤矸石是我国排放量最大的工业固体废弃物之一,其危害性巨大。为了有效处理小保当煤矿大量的矸石,结合该矿煤矸石特性等情况,对比分析目前已有的煤矸石综合利用和处理方法的特点、处理效率和适用条件等,提出适合该区域的煤矸石高效规模化处理技术,即建议优选井下充填方案。根据煤矿地面现状、地质情况、开采地质条件、地下空间分析等进一步进行适宜性评价,表明地面钻孔对采空区注浆充填是可行的。该方案能够科学合理的利用煤矿地下空间来解决矿井固废处理难题,从而消纳大体量煤矸石,解决煤矿面临的煤矸石处置难题,还能够为其他矿井提供重要借鉴。
Coal gangue treatment is one of the biggest industrial solid wastes in our country.In order to effectively deal with a large amount of gangue in Xiaobaodang Coal Mine,considering the gangue characteristics of the mine,and comparing and analyzing the existing utilization and treatment methods,efficiency and applicable conditions,we put forward an effectively scaled treatment technology,that is,prioritizing the underground filling scheme.According to the geological conditions,mining geological conditions and underground spatial distribution,applicable feasibility is evaluated,indicating that goaf grouting filling via surface drilling is feasible.Thus,coal mine underground space can be scientifically and rationally used to solve the problem of mine solid waste treatment,which is of important reference for other mines.
