摘要
散体矸石作为充填材料被充填到煤矿采空区后,一定高度的散体矸石会由于矿井水的浸泡作用成为饱和矸石,导致其力学特性发生显著变化。通过设计侧限压缩试验来研究浸水高度对破碎矸石充填材料承载力学行为影响。研究结果表明:散体矸石试样被压缩至应力16 MPa后,随着试样中饱和矸石高度的增加其破碎率和最大应变也逐渐增加,并且最大应变与破碎率之间呈现出很强的线性相关性;固体充填采煤中充入采空区的散体矸石充填材料被矿井水浸泡后其抗变形能力会显著降低,且被浸泡的散体矸石充填材料的高度越大其整体抗变形能力越低,对充填质量的影响程度也越大。
After the bulk gangue is filled into the goaf as a filling material,the bulk gangue of a certain height will become saturated gangue due to the soaking action of mine water,leading to significant changes in its mechanical properties.In this paper,lateral compression experiments are designed to study the influence of water immersion height on the load-bearing mechanical behavior of broken gangue filling materials.The results show that after the sample of granular gangue is compressed to 16 MPa,the crushing rate and the maximum strain increase gradually with the increase of the saturated gangue height in the sample,and there is a strong linear correlation between the maximum strain and the crushing rate.In solid filling coal mining,the deformation resistance of granular gangue filling materials into goaf will be significantly reduced after being soaked by mine water.Moreover,the higher the height of the immersed granular gangue filling materials,the lower the overall deformation resistance will be,and the greater the impact on the filling quality will be.
