摘要
目的分析临床精细化护理管理对外科护理工作质量及工作满意度的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2023年1月青州市人民医院神经外科护士27名为研究对象,采用随机数表法设置参照组(14名)、研究组(13名),参照组开展常规护理管理,研究组开展精细化护理管理。对比两组护士护理工作质量评分、护理服务满意度评价、护士工作倦怠情绪评分及焦虑、抑郁评分。结果研究组管理后基础护理、专科护理、安全管理、个体化护理、护理服务态度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理管理期间科室、医生对护理服务满意度评价高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,研究组工作态度、个人成就感评分、情绪衰竭、焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)及抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科中精细化护理管理的实施对参与工作护士情绪健康、工作积极性均有显著改善作用,且可积极优化科室临床护理质量,确保各项护理操作的临床合理实施。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical refined nursing management cooperation on the quality of nursing work and job satisfaction.Methods Twenty-seven neurosurgical nurses from Qingzhou People's Hospital were selected as research subjects from January 2020 to January 2023.Set up a reference group(14 cases)and a research group(13 cases)using the random number table method.The reference group carried out routine nursing management,and the research group carried out refined nursing management.Nursing quality score,nursing service satisfaction evaluation,nurses job burnout emotion score and anxiety and depression score were compared in two groups.Results After the management,basic nursing,specialized nursing,safety management,individualized nursing and nursing service attitude scores were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction evaluation of departments and doctors on nursing service was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the work attitude,personal accomplishment score,emotional exhaustion,SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing management in neurosurgery has a significant effect on the emotional health and work enthusiasm of nurses participating in the work,and can actively optimize the quality of clinical nursing in the department to ensure the clinical rational implementation of various nursing operations.
