摘要
目的研讨精细化管理模式在内科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1—12月枣庄市精神卫生中心东龙头社区卫生服务站8名护理人员作为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施常态化管理模式作常态组,2023年7—12月实施精细化管理模式作精细组,对比两组护理管理质量、交接班工作质量、管理满意度。结果精细组护理管理质量评分高于常态组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与常态组相比,精细组交接班工作质量评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。精细组管理满意度为(93.14±1.63)分,高于常态组的(87.33±2.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.729,P<0.001)。结论内科护理管理实施精细化管理模式具有积极作用,护理管理质量、交接班工作质量评分较高,护理人员满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application value of the refined management model in the nursing management of internal medicine.Methods Eight nursing staff members from Zaozhuang Mental Health Center Donglongtou Community Health Service Station from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The regular management mode was implemented from January to June 2023 as the regular group,and the refined management mode was implemented from July to December 2023 as the refined group.The two groups of nursing staff members were the same batch.The quality of nursing management,the quality of shift handover work and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The score of nursing management quality in the refined group was higher than that in the regular group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the regular group,the quality score of shift handover work in the refined group was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction score of the refined group was 93.14±1.63,which was higher than 87.33±2.36 of the regular group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.729,P<0.001).Con⁃clusion The implementation of the refined management model in internal medicine inpatient nursing management has a positive effect.The scores of nursing management quality and shift handover work quality are relatively high,and the satisfaction of nursing staff is relatively high.
