神经外科护士交接班管理中SBAR沟通模式的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨医院分别选择常规管理模式以及SBAR沟通模式完成神经外科护士交接班管理后获得的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年8月菏泽市第六人民医院的12名神经外科护士。2022年5月—2023年6月采用常规管理模式,设为参照组;2023年7月—2024年8月采用SBAR沟通模式,设为研究组。对比两组管理满意度、交接班质量、交接班内容知晓率。结果研究组管理满意度为100.00%(12/12),高于参照组的58.33%(7/12)。研究组交接班效果总分为(475.25±2.25)分,高于参照组的(450.33±2.33)分,差异有统计学意义(t=26.651,P<0.05)。研究组交接班内容知晓率为100.00%(12/12),高于参照组的75.00%(9/12)。结论医院在实施神经外科护士交接班管理期间,采用SBAR沟通模式合理展开管理,可提升护士的管理满意度以及交接班质量,护士的管理满意度也较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of routine management mode and SBAR communication mode in the handover management of neurosurgical nurses.Methods From May 2022 to August 2024,twelve neurosurgical nurses in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze were selected.From May 2022 to June 2023,the conventional management mode was adopted as the reference group;from July 2023 to August 2024,SBAR communication mode was adopted as the research group.The total management satisfaction,handover quality and awareness rate of handover content were compared between the two groups.Results The management satisfaction rate in the research group was 100%(12/12),which was higher than 58.33%(7/12)in the reference group.The total score of handover effect in the study group was 475.25±2.25,which was higher than 450.33±2.33 in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.651,P<0.05).The awareness rate of handover content in the research group was 100%(12/12),which was higher than 75%(9/12)in the reference group.Conclusion During the implementation of the handover management of neurosurgical nurses in the hospital,the SBAR communication mode is used to carry out the management reasonably,which can improve the management satisfaction and handover quality of nurses,and the management satisfaction of nurses is also high.
