摘要
针对柔性螺旋输送过程中输送角度范围等特性不明确的问题,设计柔性螺旋输送性能测试试验平台,拟定传动路线,设计倾角调节机构,采用离散元仿真的方法,分别在不同结构参数、不同输送角度以及不同转速下,对面粉物料的柔性螺旋输送效率进行比较。结果表明,输送角为90°时,柔性螺旋的输送效率最高,当转速和螺旋升角分别固定时,其输送效率分别在螺旋升角10°~20°和转速600~1 000 r/min的变化范围内单调增加。研究为柔性螺旋输送性能测试提供基础。
For the problem of unclear characteristics of the flexible screw blade conveyor such as the range of conveying angles during the transportation process,a performance test platform for the flexible screw blade conveyor was designed,the transmission route was planned,and the inclination angle adjustment mechanism was designed.The discrete element simulation method was used to compare the conveying efficiency of flexible screw conveyors for flour materials under different structural parameters,different conveying angles,and different rotating speeds.The results show that the conveying efficiency of flexible screw conveyor is the highest when the conveying angle is 90°.When the rotational speed and spiral angle are fixed,the conveying efficiency increases monotonously in the range of 10°-20°and 600-1000 r/min respectively.The study provides a basis for conveying performance test of the flexible screw.
