摘要
图形单元是从产品快速变型设计角度提出的一种新型信息建模方法,在系统总结基于图形单元的产品设计研究现状的基础上,从图形单元的特性、分类以及其自组织特性等方面分析了面向概念设计的单元化建模方法,并探讨了系统实现的关键技术,进而开发出面向产品全生命周期的快速设计系统,通过系统各模块间协同配合,可快速实现零件的自动化设计和智能化建模。最后通过运行实例验证了方法的有效性。
Graphics modelon is a new information modeling approach in the views of product rapid vari- ant design. After the systematic analysis of the current situation of product design on graphics modelon, the characteristics, classification and its self-organizing property of graphics modelon in the unit modeling based conceptual design are given in this paper. Moreover, the key technology for developing the system is proposed, and product life-cycle design system based on rapid design is formed. Based on the coordi- nation between the different modular of the system, the automatic and intelligent product rapid design can be realized. Finally, a design example is used to demonstrate the validity of this method.
