摘要 智能化掘进是煤矿企业关注的重点问题之一。以山西省庞庞塔煤矿为例,分析了煤矿智能化掘进的实现过程。首先,应该对掘进工作面的基础设备进行改造,为智能化的实现提供必要条件;其次,选择合适的建设方案,需注意煤巷掘进和岩巷掘进的智能化存在一定的差别。经过分析,煤巷采用EBZ系列智能掘进机和迈步自移式临时超前支护,实现掘锚并行,掘进月单进水平提高30%以上,人员减少30%以上;岩巷采用深孔松动爆破技术配合综掘机,掘进速度较爆破掘进提高30%以上,较综掘机掘进提高100%以上,人员减少20%以上。 Intelligent driving is one of the key issues concerned by coal mining enterprises.Taking Pangpangta Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as an example,the realization process of intelligent coal mining was analyzed.Firstly,the basic equipment of the driving face should be reformed to provide necessary conditions for the realization of intelligence;secondly,choose the appropriate construction scheme,and it is necessary to pay attention to the intelligent difference between coal roadway and rock roadway.After analysis,the coal roadway adopted EBZ series intelligent roadheader and step self-moving temporary advance support to realize parallel excavation and anchor,by which the monthly single advance level of tunneling was increased by more than 30%,and the personnel was reduced by more than 30%;the deep-hole loose blasting technology with the integrated excavator was adopted in the rock roadway,by which the excavation speed was increased by more than 30%compared with the blasting excavation,the excavation speed was increased by more than 100%compared with the integrated blasting excavation,and the personnel was reduced by more than 20%.
