摘要
为提升煤巷掘进过程中机载支护系统的结构适应性与自动化作业水平,以EBZ-160型综掘机为例,研究其结构构型与运行瓶颈,并采用结构模块重构、液压系统并联改造与可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)集中控制升级的方法进行改造。同时,系统分析拆装、加工、液压调试与联动控制等关键工艺要点。结果表明,改造后的设备在掘锚护一体化作业中表现出更高的效率与稳定性,为综掘机支护技术的工程推广提供了有效路径。
In order to improve the structural adaptability and automation level of the airborne support system during coal roadway excavation,taking the EBZ-160 comprehensive excavation machine as an example,the structural configuration and operational bottlenecks were studied,and the methods of structural module reconstruction,hydraulic system parallel transformation,and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)centralized control upgrade were adopted for the transformation.At the same time,the article analyzes key process points such as disassembly,machining,hydraulic debugging,and linkage control.The results show that the renovated equipment exhibits higher efficiency and stability in integrated excavation and anchoring operations,providing an effective path for the engineering promotion of comprehensive excavation machine support technology.
