摘要
为了进一步提高煤矿开采效率,发展智能化开采是大势所趋。首先,分析了目前综采智能化工作面所突破的关键技术,主要有综采设备的自动化和远程控制技术、视频监控技术和自动化集中控制技术;然后,以庞庞塔煤矿为例探讨了煤矿综采智能化工作面建设的方案,主要分析了智能化工作面各个子系统的实现方案和需要攻克的关键技术;最后,探讨了智能化工作面的应用效果,发现在建成智能化工作面后工作面只需要6人即可生产。希望所述内容可以为煤矿综采智能化工作面的建设提供一定的参考。
In order to further improve the efficiency of coal mining,the development of intelligent mining is the general trend.First of all,this paper analyzed the key technologies that have been broken through in the current intelligent working face for fully mechanized coal mining,including the automation and remote control technology of fully mechanized mining equipment,video monitoring technology and automatic centralized control technology;then,taking Pangpangta Coal Mine as an example,it discussed the construction scheme of the intelligent working face in fully mechanized coal mining,mainly analyzed the implementation scheme of each subsystem of the intelligent working face and the key technologies to be overcome;Finally,it discussed the application effect of the intelligent working face,and found that after the completion of the intelligent working face,the working face only needs 6 people to produce.The research can provide some reference for the construction of intelligent working face in fully mechanized coal mining.
