摘要
目的 探讨预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的应用效果及对咀嚼功能和牙周健康的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院口腔科收治的100例牙体缺损患者作为研究对象,按照信封法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组实施预成纤维桩修复术,对照组实施可塑纤维桩修复术。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的修复成功率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前(T_(0))时,两组的菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)及牙周袋深度(PD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月(T_(1))、术后6个月(T_(2))时,观察组的PLI、BI及PD评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T_(0)时,两组患者的咬合力、咀嚼效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T_(1)、T_(2)时,观察组的咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口腔修复对于材料具有极高要求,相较于可塑纤维桩,预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的应用效果更好,咀嚼功能、牙周健康的恢复效果理想。
Objective To explore the application effect of prefabricated fiber post in oral repair and its influences on masticatory function and periodontal health.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,100 patients with tooth defects admitted to the stomatology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with prefabricated fiber post repair,and the control group was treated with plastic fiber post repair.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The repair success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation(T0),there were no significant differences in plague index(PLI),bleeding index(BI)and periodontal pocket depth(PD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);at 3 months after operation(T_(1))and 6 months after operation(T_(2)),the PLI,BI and PD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T_(0),there were no significant difference in bite force and chewing efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05);at T_(1) and T_(2),the bite force and chewing efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral repair has extremely high requirements for materials.Compared with plastic fiber post,prefabricated fiber post has better application effect in oral repair,with ideal recovery effects of chewing function and periodontal health.
