摘要
目的探讨根管治疗后铸瓷高嵌体与树脂填充修复后牙牙体缺损的远期效果。方法30例后牙牙体缺损患者随机分为两组,对照组采用树脂填充治疗,观察组采用铸瓷高嵌体治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、咀嚼功能及牙龈状态。结果观察组的修复成功率及修复效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后24个月,观察组的咀嚼效率显著高于对照组,PLI、GI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铸瓷高嵌体治疗后牙牙体缺损的效果优于树脂填充,可改善患者的咀嚼功能及牙龈状态。
Objective To explore the long-term effects of cast porcelain onlay and resin flling in the repair of posterior tooth defect after root canal treatment.Methods 30 patients with posterior tooth defect were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with resin filling,and the observation group was treated with cast porcelain onlay.The therapeutic effect,chewing function and gingival state were compared between the two groups.Results The repair success rate and repair effects of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 24 months after repair,the chewing efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and PLI and GI were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Cast porcelain onlay has better effect than resin filling in the treatment of posterior tooth defect,which can improve patients'chewing function and gingival state.
