摘要
目的:探究玻璃纤维桩修复在后牙残冠修复中的效果及对龈沟液炎症因子表达的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月沈阳市口腔医院的120例(140颗牙)后牙残冠修复患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法将其分为金属铸造桩组(对照组)和玻璃纤维桩组(观察组),每组60例(70颗牙)。比较两组临床总有效率、治疗前后不适感(VAS评分)、咬合力、咀嚼效率及龈沟液炎症因子[前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前VAS评分、咬合力、咀嚼效率及龈沟液炎症因子比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1、3个月VAS评分及龈沟液炎症因子均低于对照组,咬合力及咀嚼效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩修复在后牙残冠修复中的效果较好,且可有效控制龈沟液炎症因子的表达,因此在后牙残冠修复中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of glass fiber post repair in the restoration of residual crown of posterior teeth and its influence on the expression of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 120 patients(140 teeth)with residual crown of posterior teeth in Shenyang Stomatological Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were chosen as the study objects,and they were divided into the metal post group(the control group)and the glass fiber post group(the observation group),according to the random number table method,60 cases(70 teeth)in each group.Then the total effective rates,discomfort(VAS score),bite force,masticatory efficiency and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors(PGE_(2),IL-1βand TNF-α)before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores,bite force,masticatory efficiency and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors of two groups before treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);the VAS scores and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors of the observation group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the bite force and masticatory efficiency were significantly higher than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of glass fiber post repair in patients with residual crown of posterior teeth is better,and it can effectively control the expression of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors,so its application value in the patients with residual crown of posterior teeth is higher.
