摘要
交叉学科的发展,为高校信息类实验室安全管理工作带来了诸多挑战,如设备和材料的危险性、操作流程的规范性、学科背景的多样性、管理人员的专业性都是实验室建设需要关注的重点。该文结合工作实践,构建了涵盖责任体系建设、制度体系建设、风险源辨识与分级管理、技术支撑与设备配备、人员保障共同作用的信息类交叉学科实验室的安全管理体系。通过安全管理体系的建设,以期为高校信息类交叉学科实验室建设和安全发展提供支持和保障。
With the development of interdisciplinary,many challenges have been brought to the safety management of information laboratory in universities,such as the danger of equipment and materials,the standardization of operation process,the diversity of discipline background,and the professionalism of management personnel are all the key points that need to attention in laboratory construction.Combined with work practice,this paper constructs the safety management system of information interdisciplinary laboratory,which covers the construction of responsibility system,institutional system,risk source identification and hierarchical management,technical support and equipment allocation,and personnel security.Through the construction of safety management system,it provides support and guarantee for the construction and security development of information interdisciplinary laboratory in universities.
