摘要
针对机电类大学生创新实验室开放性强、风险源分散、学生流动性大等安全管理难题,基于风险管理理论框架,融合人因分析模型,构建了“风险预防-识别-评估-控制-文化培育”的安全管理体系。提出了“流程化”和“清单化”相结合的安全管理工作核心,进一步从建立风险管理教育理念、统筹建立风险责任体系和管理队伍、风险环境与技术防控、持续建设风险文化等方面,提出了安全管理体系建设的具体实施举措。实践表明,该体系能够有效提升学生的安全意识和操作规范性,降低实验室安全隐患发生率。为高校同类开放型创新实验室提供了可复制的解决方案,对安全管理工作具有实践参考价值。
To address the safety management challenges in electromechanical undergraduate innovation laboratories—characterized by high openness,dispersed risk sources,and significant student mobility—this study constructs a safety management system based on a risk management theoretical framework integrated with a human factors analysis model,establishing a“risk prevention-identification-assessment-control-cultural cultivation”framework.The system proposes a dual-core approach combining“process-oriented”and“checklist-based”methodologies,with implementation measures including establishing risk management education philosophies,coordinating risk responsibility systems and management teams,enhancing risk environment governance and technical controls,and fostering a sustainable risk culture.Practical results demonstrate that the system significantly improves students’safety awareness and operational standardization,reducing laboratory safety risks while providing a replicable solution for similar open innovation laboratories and actionable insights for safety management practices.
