摘要
在"双一流"建设中,一流学科建设是其基础和核心,而学科交叉是建设一流学科的重要途径。学科交叉是科学、教育发展的必然趋势,在具体学科选择过程中,高校必须立足本校的主体学科和优势学科,并满足大项目研究和学科平台建设的需要。为了更好地推动世界一流学科的建设,高校要为学科交叉创设良好的环境。具体而言,高校要引导相关教师树立正确的观点,对学科交叉建立正确的认识;高校内部要建立矩阵式的学科组织,改革单一的学科评价制度,建设开放、多元的学科文化;为了更好地推动学科交叉的长久发展,我国还应培养具有多学科背景的人才,并鼓励和推动交叉学科理论研究的开展。
The construction of first-class disciplines is the foundation and core in "Double First-Class" construction, and the interdisciplinary is an important way to build a world-class discipline. The interdisciplinary becomes a certain trend in the development of science and education. In the process of specific subject selection, universities have to be based on their own main subjects and advantageous subjects, and meet the needs of the large project research and subject platform construction. In order to better promote the construction of world-class disciplines, universities should create good environment for interdisciplinary. Specifically, universities should guide relevant teachers to set up correct views, and establish correct understanding of interdisciplinary;establish matrix discipline organizations within universities, reform a single discipline evaluation system, and build an open and diversified discipline culture. In order to better promote the long-term development of interdisciplinary, China should also cultivate talents with multi-disciplinary background, and encourage and promote the interdisciplinary theoretical research.
