摘要
新质生产力是一种以创新驱动为核心的全新发展力量,正引领着未来产业发展的方向。高校实验室作为基础研究和突破性理论创新的重要平台,不仅为新质生产力的发展提供了源源不断的高素质人才,也为科技成果转化和产业化应用提供了坚实支撑。传统的实验室管理方法已经难以适应新质生产力的发展需求,亟须改革创新高校实验室的管理方法和运行模式,提升实验室工作效率,更好地支撑新质生产力的培育与发展。
New quality productive forces are new development forces driven by innovation,which are leading the direction of future industrial development.As an important platform for basic research and breakthrough theoreti⁃cal innovation,university laboratories provide a continuous stream of high-quality talents for the development of new quality productive forces,and provide solid support for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and industrial applications.The traditional laboratory management methods are no longer suitable for the requirements of new quality productive forces.Reforming and innovating the management methods and op⁃eration modes of university laboratories,improving laboratory work efficiency can effectively serve the develop⁃ment of new quality productive forces.
