摘要
针对勤工助学管理中普遍存在的问题,要以人力资源管理理念为指导,从科学制定图书馆人力资源计划、细化勤工助学学生招聘流程、构建合理的薪酬制度、完善考核制度、规范岗位培训和营造良好的团队文化等六个方面对图书馆勤工助学团队进行管理,提升学生的自我管理能力、团队协作能力和人际交流能力,实现助学和育人的双重功能。
This article discusses the common problems in the management of work-study programs.Guided by the concept of human resource management,it manages library work-study teams from six aspects:scientifically formulating library human resource plans,refining the recruitment process for work-study programs,constructing a reasonable salary system,improving the evaluation system,standardizing job training,and creating a good team culture,which improves students'self-management ability The team cooperation ability and interpersonal communication ability realize the dual functions of assisting students and educating people.
