摘要
就大学生在图书馆参加勤工助学活动展开分析,指出它对加强高校图书馆的服务工作和帮助贫困大学生顺利完成学业具有重要的现实意义,即不仅能减轻图书馆的工作压力,而且可以提高学生的综合素质,最后提出加强高校图书馆对勤工助学大学生管理的对策。
It is analyzed that the students＇ part-time job to support their study in university or college library has not only promoted the service of library but also supported the poor students to accomplish their study. It has decreased the librarians＇ pressure of work and improved students＇ comprehensive quality. Meanwhile the countermeasures for university or college library to strengthen management of students＇ part-time job to support their study are proposed.
