摘要
文章分析了高职院校图书馆吸纳学生勤工助学的重要意义,结合实际探讨了勤工助学管理中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了相应的对策,以使高职院校图书馆勤工助学管理步入制度化、规范化、人性化的轨道,既能保证参与勤工助学活动的学生受益,又能促进图书馆管理水平和服务质量的提升。
The article analyzes the important significance of students doing a part-time job in the libraries of higher vocational colleges.Simultaneously,it explores the existing problems in work-study management based on the reality and proposes the correspondent countermeasres pertinently.On the basis of them,the work-study management of the library in Hubei Polytechnic Institute is to place on the systematized,regular and human based track.Therefore,the students participating the work-study activities can benefit from it.On the other hand,the level and service quality of library mamagement can be improved.
