摘要
随着高等教育改革的不断深化及图书馆事业的蓬勃发展,到图书馆参与勤工助学的学生日益增多,怎样用好、管好勤工助学学生,成为图书馆日常管理中的中的重要组成部分。本文从高校图书馆开展勤工助学活动的必要性、工作中存在的问题及解决方法等方面进行了研究探讨。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of higher education and the rapid development of libraries, the number of students participating in work-study program of libraries becomes increasing, how to make good use of the students has become one of the important components in the daily management of libraries. This paper discusses the necessity of libraries to carry out work-study activities, the problems existing in the work and the solutiom of them. 5 refs.
