摘要
为进一步优化临床实习教学管理,减轻管理人员工作量,实现全过程信息化管理,本文提出基于全程信息化的医学院校临床实习教学管理系统平台建设方案并实现上线应用。平台系统包含通知公告、实习管理、形成性考核、教学活动管理、题库管理等功能。该系统在传统实践管理模式基础上创新了管理理念,通过应用,初步实现了临床实习的全过程信息化管理,提升了人才培养质量和实习教学管理的标准化、同质化,进一步深化了医教协同。
In order to further optimize the clinical practice teaching management,reduce the workload of administrators and realize the whole process information management,this paper puts forward the construction scheme of the clinical practice teaching management system platform in medical colleges based on the whole process information and promotes its application.The platform system includes notice and announcement,practice management,formative assessment,teaching activity management,question bank management and other major functions.This system innovates management ideas on the basis of traditional practice management mode,through the extensive application,the whole process of clinical practice information management has been preliminarily realized,the quality of talent training and the standardization and homogeneity of practice teaching management have been improved,and the collaboration between medical and education has been further deepened.
