摘要
非直属附属医院作为医学教育与临床实践的重要纽带,在“教育信息化2.0”与“智慧医院”建设背景下,其教学管理系统信息化升级已成为提升临床教学质量的关键路径。基于非直属附属医院的视角,系统剖析当前教学管理系统存在的核心问题,包括经费投入不足、数据共享壁垒及智能化水平低下等,并提出加强顶层设计、深化院校协同、构建智能中台、强化数据整合等对策,以期为非直属附属医院教学管理系统的优化提供理论参考,助力医学教育高质量发展。
Non-directly affiliated hospitals serve as critical bridges between medical education and clinical practice.In the context of"Education Informatization 2.0"and the"Smart Hospital"initiative,the informatization and intelligentization of teaching management systems have become essential for enhancing clinical teaching efficiency.This study analyzes the current challenges faced by teaching management systems in non-directly affiliated hospitals,such as insufficient funding,data silos,and limited intelligent integration.Strategic countermeasures are proposed,including top-level design optimization,Strengthening hospital-school collaboration,intelligent platform construction,and data sharing enhancement,aiming to promote the high-quality development of medical education.
