摘要
临床教学是医学生教育的重要环节,在现代社会的背景下,临床教育的许多方面都应针对现实的变化做相应的改革,结合自身的工作体会,从医学生、临床教师和管理者三方面对临床医学教育应该如何适应医疗现实谈一点体会。
Clinical medical education is the important part of medical student education, and it should be reformed based on the social reality. We tried to share our experience about how to reform in this article and it will discuss from three aspects： medical student, clinical teacher and administrator.
