摘要
肠黏膜屏障是人体的重要防线,其受损会导致有害物质入侵机体,是许多消化系统疾病重要的发病原因。对近10年肠黏膜屏障功能相关文献进行整理,总结和分析了肠黏膜屏障损伤相关疾病动物模型的制作与评价方法,发现现有的研究围绕着中枢、外周和脑-肠轴三个角度制作肠黏膜屏障损伤动物模型,并从肠道通透性、肠黏膜屏障形态学观察以及肠黏膜屏障功能相关蛋白表达三个方面进行评价。动物模型是研究肠黏膜屏障功能的重要工具,总结了肠黏膜屏障受损相关疾病动物模型的构建和评价方法,以期为此领域的研究提供参考。
Intestinal mucosal barrier is of significance to human body.Its damage can lead to the invasion of harmful substances,which is an important cause of many digestive system diseases.Animal model is an important tool to study intestinal barrier function.The researches on intestinal barrier in the past decade were summarized and the methods of making different models and measuring intestinal mucosal barrier function were reviewed,in order to provide literature reference for the further research of intestinal mucosal barrier function.
