摘要
文章建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(Ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)快速测定功能型休闲食品中58种非法添加药物的方法。样品经全自动QuEChERS实验仪前处理后,经Shimadzu Shim-pack GIST C_(18)-AQ色谱柱分离,外标法定量。在优化的条件下,58种化合物能够较好分离,在各自的线性范围内具备良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.992;定量限为0.001~0.20 mg/kg;回收率为63.7%~125.8%;相对标准偏差(Relative standard deviations,RSD)为0.4%~14.5%。运用该方法对80批次宣称具有缓解疲劳、补充精力、减肥降脂等功效的休闲食品进行快速筛查,检出18批次样品含有一种或多种非法添加药物。该方法具有自动化程度高、高效能、分析速度快、高灵敏度、准确、稳定的特点,适用于功能型休闲食品中双酚沙丁、酚酞、西布曲明等58种非法添加药物的定性定量分析及快速筛查,为食品监管部门整顿、净化休闲食品市场提供数据支撑。
This study established the ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)for rapid determination of 58 illegally added drugs in functional leisure food.The samples were pre-treated by automatic QuEChERS experiment instrument,separated by Shimadzu Shim-Pack GIST C_(18)-AQ column and quantified by external standard method.Under the optimized conditions,58 compounds were well separated with good linear relationship within their respective linear range.The correlation coefficients were greater than 0.992.The quantitation limits ranged from 0.001 mg/kg to 0.20 mg/kg.The recoveries ranged from 63.7%to 125.8%.The relative standard deviations(RSD)ranged from 0.4%to 14.5%.This method was used to screen 80 batches of snack food which claimed to have effects of relieving fatigue,supplementing energy,reducing fat,etc.Eighteen batches of these samples were found to contain one or more illegally added drugs.This method has the characteristics of high automation,high efficiency,fast analysis speed,high sensitivity,accuracy and stability.It is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis and rapid screening of 58 illegal drugs in leisure food,such as bisphenol sardine,phenolphthalide and sibutramine.It provides data support for food regulatory authorities to consolidate and purify leisure food market.
