基于高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测压片糖果、固体饮料、代用茶和果冻中双丙酚丁方法的研究

摘要 本文建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测压片糖果、固体饮料、代用茶和果冻中的双丙酚丁的方法。采用甲醇作为提取剂,分别对压片糖果、固体饮料、代用茶中的目标物质进行萃取,以C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)进行分离,串联质谱进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明,双丙酚丁浓度在2~100μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)均在0.999以上;方法检出限均为0.02 mg·kg^(-1),定量限均为0.05 mg·kg^(-1);加标回收率为82.2%~94.3%,相对标准偏差均小于10%。该方法专属性好,灵敏度高,适用范围广,可用于上述产品中双丙酚丁化合物的定性和定量测定。 This paper establishes a method for the detection of dipropofol butyl in tablet candies,solid beverages,substitute tea and jelly by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Methanol was used as the extractant to extract the target substances in pressed candy,solid beverages and substitute tea respectively.The substances were separated by a C18 chromatographic column(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),detected by tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by the external standard method.The results show that the concentration of dipropofol butyl has a good linear relationship within the range of 2μg·L^(-1)to 100μg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficient R^(2)is all above 0.999.The method detection limits were all 0.02 mg·kg^(-1),and the quantification limits were all 0.05 mg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate of spiked products ranged from 82.2%to 94.3%,and the relative standard deviations were all less than 10%.This method has good specificity,high sensitivity and wide application range,and can be used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of dipropofol butyl compound in the above-mentioned products.
