摘要
为建立气相色谱串联质谱法(GC-MS)测定各类食品基质中双丙酚丁的分析方法,样品用乙酸乙酯进行液液萃取,PSA净化,采用HP-5MS色谱柱分离,EI源SIM模式测定,以317 m/z为定量离子,288、373、429 m/z为定性离子,外标法定量。双丙酚丁在0.050~2.00 mg·L^(-1)范围内线性良好,相关系数r2为0.9999,在加标浓度分别为0.010、0.050、0.100 mg·kg^(-1)(n=6)时,压片糖果、果冻、蜜饯和饮料等4种食品类别的回收率为80.6%~90.5%,RSD为3.4%~4.6%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.003 mg·kg^(-1),定量限(S/N=10)为0.010 mg·kg^(-1)。研究表明,该方法稳定准确,重复性好、灵敏度高,适用于各类食品中双丙酚丁含量的测定。
In order to establish a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for the determination of dipropofol butyl in various food substrates,samples were extracted by liquid liquid with ethyl acetate,purified by PSA,separated by HP-5MS column,and determined by EI source SIM mode.317 m/z were used as quantitative ions,288,373,429 m/z as qualitative ions.Quantitative by external standard method.The linearity of dipofobutine was good in the range of 0.050~2.00 mg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficient r2 was 0.9999.When the added concentration was 0.010,0.050 and 0.100 mg·kg^(-1)(n=6),The recoveries were 80.6%~90.5%,RSD 3.4%~4.6%,the limits of detection(S/N=3)were 0.003 mg·kg^(-1),and the limits of quantization(S/N=10)were 0.010 mg·kg^(-1).The results show that the method is stable,accurate,repeatable and sensitive,and is suitable for the determination of dipofobutyl in various foods.
