摘要
目的探讨循经针刺联合桂枝加葛根汤对颈椎病引起脑供血不足的治疗效果。方法采用对照-研究的方式选取2019年7月—2021年10月椎动脉型颈椎病脑供血不足患者150例,随机编号分对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(循经针刺联合桂枝加葛根汤),比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后比较血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)和椎动脉、基底动脉收缩期和舒张期峰值的血流速度,记录不良反应状况。结果对照组的总有效率(81.33%,61/75)低于观察组(93.33%,70/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清CRP、ESR水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后椎动脉、基底动脉收缩期峰值和舒张期峰值血流速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总不良反应率(22.67%,17/75)与观察组26.67%(20/75)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论循经针刺联合桂枝加葛根汤对颈椎病引起脑供血不足的疗效确切,可以改善血流动力学,抑制炎症因子,而且安全性高。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of meridian acupuncture combined with Guizhi plus Gegen Decoction(桂枝加葛根汤)on cerebral blood supply insufficiency caused by cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 150 patients with cerebral insufficiency of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis from July 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment)and observation group(meridian acupuncture combined with Guizhi plus Gegen Decoction).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were compared before and after treatment and peak systolic and diastolic blood flow velocities of vertebral artery and basilar artery,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the control group(81.33%)was significantly lower than the observation group(93.33%,70/75)(P<0.05).Levels of serum CRP and ESR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The peak systolic and diastolic blood flow velocities of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate in the control group was 22.67%(17/75),which was not statistically significant compared with 26.67%(20/75)in the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Meridian acupuncture combined with Guizhi plus Gegen Decoction is effective in the treatment of cerebral insufficiency caused by cervical spondylosis.It can improve hemodynamics and inhibit inflammatory factors,and has high safety.
