摘要
目的观察复方南星止痛膏与非甾体类消炎镇痛药联合应用治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 2011年5～6月就诊于本科的100例颈型颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组每晚服用双氯芬酸钠(扶他林)75mg,治疗组在对照组的基础上外贴复方南星止痛膏,治疗1周后,比较两组疼痛程度及评分。结果 100例获得回访,治疗组的症状缓解明显优于对照组。结论复方南星止痛膏联合非甾体类消炎镇痛药治疗颈型颈椎病较单用非甾体类消炎镇痛药能更好地缓解症状,可临床推广辅助治疗颈型颈椎病。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of analgesic plaster of compound of rhizoma arisaematis combined with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic in treatment of cervical spondylopathy of cervical type. Methods One hundred patients with cervical spondylopathy of cervica type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group in our department from May 2011 to June 2011. Control group was given diclofenac sodium （Voltaren） 75 mg at night, treatment group was given analgesic plaster of compound of rhizoma arisaematis based on the treatment of control group. After 1 week of treatment, cervical spondylosis degree of pain and scoring of neck type patients in two groups were compared. Results In the return visits of 100 cases, symptom relief of analgesic plaster of compound of rhizoma arisaematis combined with voltaren treatment group was significantly better than that of single Voltaren treatment group （P 0.05）. Conclusion Analgesic plaster of compound of rhizoma arisaematis combined with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of cervical type can preferably relieve the symptoms, which will be promoted to treat the cervical syndrome.
