摘要
目的:分析循经针刺联合中药辨证治疗颈椎病的临床效果。方法:将72例颈椎病患者纳入研究,均为2023年9月—2024年10月博白海上王医院收治,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(36例,采用循经针刺治疗)和观察组(36例,采用循经针刺联合中药辨证治疗)。比较两组临床效果。结果:治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分、中医证候积分、颈椎功能障碍指数评分较治疗前低,且与对照组相比,观察组更低(P<0.001)。两组治疗有效率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组基底动脉、椎动脉收缩期峰值血流速度、平均血流速度增加,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:循经针刺联合中药辨证治疗颈椎病的临床效果确切,有助于缓解患者临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,改善颈椎功能,优化椎动脉、基底动脉血流情况。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of meridian-acupuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medi-cine(TCM)syndrome differentiation in treating cervical.Methods:Seventy-two patients with cervical spondylosis were included in the study,all of whom were admitted to Bobai Haiwang Hospital from September 2023 to October 2024,and were divided into the control group(36 cases,treated with meridian acupuncture)and the observation group(36 cases,treated with meridian acu-puncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine to identify the symptoms)according to the method of randomized numerical table.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the visual analog scoring method scores,Chi-nese medicine evidence points,and cervical spine dysfunction index scores of the two groups were lower than those before treat-ment,and they were lower in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistical difference in the treatment efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic blood flow velocity and mean blood flow velocity of basilar artery and vertebral artery increased in both groups,and the observation group was larger than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical effect of meridian acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is definite.It is helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the degree of pain,improve the function of the cervical spine,and optimize the blood flow of the vertebral artery and basilar artery.
