高质量职业本科教育人才培养的定位及其落实保障机制研究 被引量:14

摘要 当前职业本科教育定位内涵、培养体系、师资建设和质量保证等与高质量发展要求还存在一定差距。调研显示学校和企业人员对提出的职业本科教育人才培养定位、目标、规格和知识、能力、素质结构等方面的平均认同度达80%左右,有较高的共识度和合理性。基于法律政策文本分析、文献研究及调查结论认为,职业本科教育人才培养应当主动对接国家和区域主导产业、支柱产业和战略性新兴产业的新变革、新业态、新模式,面向中高端产业、产业中高端和企业中高端岗位人才需求,将受教育者培养成为适应生产、建设、管理和服务一线需要,具有开阔视野、创新精神和社会责任感的爱国友善、敬业诚信、理论扎实、技术高强、技能过硬、勤奋实干、素质优良、德智体美劳全面发展的高层次高素质创新型、复合型、发展型技术技能人才。要在产教融合办学治理体制,校企合作人才培养机制,双师型教师队伍建设机制,课程体系建设机制,科研与社会服务机制,教学质量保证机制,专业动态调整机制等方面健全完善落实保障机制,以有效支撑高质量职业本科教育人才培养的定位实现,推动职业本科教育高质量发展。 At present,there are some distances between the orientation connotation,training system,teacher construction and quality assurance in vocational undergraduate education and the requirements of high-quality development.The survey shows that the average degree of agreement between schools and enterprises on the orientation,objectives,specifications,knowledge,ability and quality structure of vocational undergraduate education reaches about 80%,showing a high degree of consensus and rationality.Through the analysis of legal policy texts,literature research and investigation,it is concluded that the talent cultivation of vocational undergraduate education should actively adapt to the new changes,new business forms and new models of national and regional leading industries,pillar industries and strategic emerging industries,and meet the needs of talents in medium and high-end industries,industries and enterprises.Students should be trained to meet the needs of production,construction,management and service front line,with broad vision,innovative spirit and social responsibility of patriotism,dedication and integrity,solid theory,high technical strength,excellent skills,hard work,good quality,all-round development of high quality innovative,compound,developmental technical skills talents.We should improve and implement the guarantee mechanism in such aspects as the management system of integrating production and education in running a school,the talent cultivation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,the construction mechanism of double-qualified teachers,the curriculum system construction mechanism,the scientific research and social service mechanism,the teaching quality assurance mechanism,and the dynamic adjustment mechanism of majors,so as to effectively support the realization of the orientation of high-quality vocational undergraduate education talent cultivation.We will promote high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education.
