摘要
为分析某ZM5铸造镁合金产品表面抗烧蚀涂层脱落界面中含量异常的硫元素的来源,使用X射线能量色散谱仪(EDS)分别对底漆、涂层、遮蔽物、氧化镁保护层、铸造镁合金基体等5种可能会造成脱落界面硫元素含量异常的来源进行检测。最终确定氧化镁保护层是真正来源。给出了解决此问题的建议。
To find out the source of sulfur element with excessive content at the shedding interface of an ablation-resistant coating on the surface of a product made of ZM5 cast magnesium alloy, the primer, ablation-resistant coating, shelter,protective MgO layer, and the substrate, where the excessive sulfur might come from, were analyzed by energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). Finally, it was determined that the protective MgO layer was the real source of sulfur element. Some recommendations were given for solve this problem.
