摘要
文章介绍了扫描电子显微镜的工作原理和特点,及其附带分析部件能谱仪原理、特点和功能,并结合稀土功能材料中的粉体材料、块体材料、材料断口、材料镀层等方面的研究介绍了其应用。
The present paper introduces not only the working principle and characteristics of the Scanning Electronic Microscope, but also the principle, characteristics and function of the EDS（ Energy Dispersive Spectrometer） equipped with the Scanning Electronic Microscope. Besides, this paper presents the Scanning Electronic Microscope application connected with the research for power materials, block materials, fracture of materials and material and surface treatment and so on in rare earth functional materials
