摘要 介绍了扫描电镜的原理和特点,总结了扫描电镜在硬质合金研究和生产中的应用。扫描电镜可以直观地反映出粉末的优劣;不仅可以检测硬质合金各类孔洞、渗碳、脱碳、过烧等产品缺陷的严重程度,而且可以观察它们的微观结构,对缺陷进行定性定量分析;扫描电镜的分析软件更是扩展了其应用范围。 The principles and characteristics of scanning electronic microscope(SEM) are introduced and its application in RD and production of cemented carbide are summed up on base of previous experience and works.SEM can intuitively reflect the merits of powder;not only can observe their microstructure and detect various types of defects,such as porous carbide,free carbon,η-phase,over-burning et.but also can analyse qualitatively and quantitatively the defects.The SEM analysis software expands its range of application.
