摘要
工业机器人产业是中国制造强国战略布局的重点领域之一,基于微观视角解析上海工业机器人产业空间格局及形成机理对促进区域智能制造产业创新发展具有指导意义。该文基于天眼查企业数据,利用标准差椭圆、平均最近邻、核密度估计等方法分析上海工业机器人产业空间格局,结合地理探测器的因子探测和交互探测模块探究产业空间格局的影响因素及形成机理。结果表明:1)上海工业机器人产业空间格局整体呈“西北—东南”小幅扩散态势,高集聚片区包括嘉定区中北部片区、嘉定区与宝山区交界片区、闵行区西南部和奉贤区西北部片区、金山区东北部和东南部片区、浦东新区东南部小片区,整体呈“片状为主,点状为辅”的集聚特征,微观区位呈产业园区内或邻近产业园区布局,具有道路指向性;2)基于企业区位选择视角形成的产业空间格局是多种因素交互作用的结果,其中技术创新和信息化水平为内、外部主要原动力,成本因素和劳动力资源为内部核心要素,对外开放和交通是产业发展的重要依托,空间集聚是重要内部推动力,政策规划可为产业区位选择提供宏观指导。
The industrial robot industry is one of the key fields in the strategic layout of China′s manufacturing power.Analyzing the spatial pattern and formation mechanism of Shanghai′s industrial robot industry from a micro perspective has guiding significance for promoting the innovation and development of the regional intelligent manufacturing industry.In this paper,the spatial pattern of the industrial robot industry in Shanghai is analyzed by using the methods of standard deviation ellipse,average nearest neighbor analysis and kernel density estimation based on the enterprise data of the Tianyan website.The influencing factors and formation mechanism of the industrial spatial patterns are explored by combining the factor detection and interactive detection modules of the Geodetector tool.The results show that:1)The spatial pattern of the industrial robot industry in Shanghai shows a small spread trend in the direction of"northwest-southeast".The industry has significant agglomeration characteristics,there are four high agglomeration areas.The first one is the central and northern part of Jiading,the border area between Jiading and Baoshan;the second one is the southwest part of Minhang and the northwest part of Fengxian;the third one is the northeast and southeast part of Jinshan;the last one is the southeast part of Pudong New Area.The overall agglomeration feature is"the sheet areas are dominant,and dots are auxiliary".The micro-location is in or near the industrial park,and with road orientation.2)The industrial spatial pattern formed from the perspective of enterprise location selection is driven by the interaction of multiple factors,among which technological innovation and informatization level are the main internal and external driving forces respectively,cost and labor resources are the internal core elements,opening to the outside world and transportation are the important support for industrial development,spatial agglomeration is the important internal driving force,and government planning provides macro guidance for industrial location selection.
