智能制造背景下机电一体化技术发展路径探索

摘要 该文从智能制造的角度出发,探讨了机电一体化技术的发展路径,并分析其在自动化、信息化、智能化和全生命周期管理4个阶段的技术演进。该文深入探讨了每个阶段的关键技术及其应用,包括从基础自动化控制到智能决策的逐步升级。同时,分析当前机电一体化技术面临的主要挑战,并提出智能制造时代下的机电一体化技术发展的机遇,要进一步开展政策支持、技术创新、数字化转型和先进制造技术的突破。通过这些机遇的有效利用,以促进制造业整体水平的提升和竞争力的增强。 This article explores the development path of mechatronics technology from the perspective of smart manufacturing and analyses its technological evolution in four stages:automation,informatisation,intelligence and total life cycle management.The article delves into the key technologies and their applications at each stage,including the gradual upgrading from basic automation control to intelligent decision-making.At the same time,it analyses the main challenges currently faced by mechatronics technology and proposes opportunities for the development of mechatronics technology in the era of intelligent manufacturing to further develop policy support,technological innovation,digital transformation and breakthroughs in advanced manufacturing technology.Through the effective use of these opportunities in order to promote the overall level of manufacturing and competitiveness.
