摘要
科技创新是推动生产模式变革和提升生产效率的重要动力,随着其在生产力领域的不断深入应用,持续催生出承载新质生产力的新产业和新业态。新质生产力以科技创新、技术创新和体制机制创新为核心,着力提升资源配置效率和生产效率,推动全面提升经济发展质量和效益。本文分析科技创新与新质生产力的理论内涵及其内在联系,阐明二者发展的实践逻辑;从企业、产业和生态环境等层面,探讨科技创新赋能新质生产力的具体对象;围绕创新型人才培养、关键核心技术突破以及创新成果的产业化路径,提出科技创新赋能新质生产力的对策建议。
Technological innovation serves as an important driving force for the transformation of production modes and the enhancement of production efficiency.Its ongoing application within the productivity sector continues to foster new industries and formats that embody new quality productivity.This new quality productivity is centered on technological innovation,and institutional mechanism innovation,focusing on improving resource allocation efficiency and production efficiency,thereby promoting the comprehensive improvement of the quality and efficiency of economic development.This article analyzes the theoretical connotations and internal connections between technological innovation and new quality productivity while elucidating their development logic.Furthermore,it explores the specific objects of technological innovation empowering new quality productivity from the perspectives of enterprises,industries,and ecological environment;The article concludes with countermeasures and suggestions aimed at empowering new quality productivity through technological innovation,focusing on the cultivation of innovative talents,achieving breakthroughs in key core technologies,and establishing pathways for innovative achievements.
