硅酸盐改性杨木表面粗糙度对漆膜附着性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究粗糙度对硅酸盐改性杨木表面的漆膜附着力影响,使用60,180,320,400和500目(25,38,47,80,250μm)砂纸对硅酸盐改性杨木表面进行打磨。而后在其表面先刷3遍封闭水性底漆,再刷3遍水性面漆。采用粗糙度测量仪、漆膜附着力测试、扫描电镜测试对打磨硅酸盐改性材表面的粗糙度、径面和弦面的漆膜附着力、表面的微观形貌、漆膜与基材间结合的微观形貌进行测试和分析。粗糙度测量结果表明:与未砂磨硅酸盐改性材(10.34μm)相比,60,180,320,400和500目砂纸打磨硅酸盐改性材表面的平均粗糙度均有明显降低,对应的平均粗糙度值分别为6.43,4.95,5.02,5.92和6.06μm,其中180目砂纸打磨后,表面平均粗糙度最小,基材表面最光滑。随着砂纸目数的增大,硅酸盐改性材表面粗糙度先减小后增加,分界点是180目砂纸打磨硅酸盐改性杨木表面的粗糙度。径面和弦面的漆膜附着力的结果显示,未砂磨硅酸盐改性材的径面和弦面的漆膜附着力均为3级,60,180,320,400和500目砂纸打磨硅酸盐改性材径面和弦面的漆膜附着力评级均为3级、2级、3级、3级、3级,所以同一目数砂纸打磨后的径面和弦面漆膜附着力是没有差异的。然而,与未砂磨硅酸盐改性材的漆膜附着力相比,180目砂纸打磨后漆膜附着力提升一个等级。漆膜与基材间结合的微观形貌测试结果显示,砂磨材和未砂磨材的漆膜与基材间结合度都不高,基材与漆膜间有明显裂缝,180目砂纸打磨后,基材与漆膜间的裂缝较未处理改性材漆膜与基材间的裂缝有所收窄,这与漆膜附着力评定结果一致。 To explore the impacts of surface roughness of silicate-modified poplar wood(SMPW) on its paint film adhesion properties, we polished the surface of SMPW with different types of sandpaper including 60, 180, 320, 400 and 500 mesh. Then, the surface was painted with three times of water-based sealing varnish and then three times of bright varnish. We performed a series of tests and analysis of surface average roughness, paint film adhesion on the radical and tangential surfaces, the microscopic morphology of the wood surface, and the microstructure between paint film and wood by roughness measurement instrument, using the adhesion tester and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the surface average roughness decreased with the increasing number of sandpaper, with the corresponding values of 6.43 μm(60 mesh), 4.95 μm(180 mesh), 5.02 μm(320 mesh), 5.92 μm(400 mesh), and 6.06 μm(500 mesh), comparing to that of 10.34 μm in the unpolished wood surface, among which wood sanded with 180 mesh paper demonstrated the minimum average roughness and the smoothest surface. With the increase of the mesh number of sandpaper, the surface roughness of SMPW firstly decreased and then increased, and the dividing point was 180 mesh. The results of paint film adhesion on the radical and tangential surfaces showed that the paint film adhesion on the radical and tangential surfaces of SMPW without sanding was Grade 3, and the paint film adhesion on the radical and tangential SMPW polished with 60, 180, 320, 400 and 500 mesh sandpaper was Grades 3, 2, 3, 3 and 3, respectively. According to the paint film adhesion data on the radical and tangential surfaces of SMPW, although no differences were observed between the radical and tangential surfaces for each sample, the comprehensive ratings of adhesion on the radical and tangential surfaces of SMPW after grinding with 180 mesh sandpaper was improved by one grade comparing to that of non-sanded SMPW. The micro-morphological tests between the paint film and wood substrate suggested that the binding force between film and substrate were not strong in both sanded and non-sanded SMPW and there were obvious cracks. After sanding with the 180 mesh sandpaper, the crack between SMPW and paint film was narrowed, which was consistent with the corresponding paint film adhesion evaluation.
