摘要
本文以炭化杨木作为主要研究对象,选取美式家具常用的红橡木、胡桃木和黄杨木作对比试材。为获得不同木材表面粗糙度的范围及变化趋势,笔者将四种材料经过相同干燥工艺和机械加工处理后用6种不同目数砂纸分别打磨,采用探针法测试得Ra、Ry、Rz、Rp、Sm五项粗糙度参数数据。经分析表明,砂光精度的提高可以明显降低炭化杨木表面粗糙度,加强其表面致密程度,使之接近于黄杨木的涂饰水平。因此,本试验有助于推进炭化杨木在家具涂饰上的进一步应用。
The surface roughness is one of the important factors that affect the finish of the furniture.In this paper,carbonized poplar was used as the main research object,while red oak,walnut and boxwood,the common wood for American furniture,were selected as comparative materials.In order to obtain the range and variation trend of the surface roughness of different types of wood,four types of materials are sanded with six different meshes of sandpaper after the same drying and machining process.The five parameters of roughness data in aspects of Ra,Ry,Rz,Rp,and Sm are measured by the probe method.The analysis shows that the improvement of sanding accuracy can significantly reduce the surface roughness of carbonized poplar,and enhance its surface density,which making it close to the finishing level of boxwood.Therefore,this test helps to promote the further application of carbonized poplar in furniture finishing.
