摘要
草茎的受力强度是影响草编产品的构造和质量的重要因素。由于草种多样和分布广泛,难以展开研究,目前对草茎的物理性质的相关研究还很局限。通过参考棕榈、藤材、竹材等试验,本研究以蒲草、高粱和麦秆为代表,测试其抗拉强度,证明草茎的材质适用于编织家具,并通过对比草茎与其他绿色材料,提出了改进草茎强度的建议。
The stem strength is an important factor that directly affects the structure and quality of straw products.Due to the diversity and wide range of grass species,it was difficult to clean up and carry out research,which resulting in the researches related to the physical properties of grass stems were still limited and lack of comprehensiveness.By referring to the experiment of palm,rattan,bamboo and so on,this study took Typha,Sorghum and wheat straw as the representative grass to test the tensile strength.The results showed that grass stems were suitable for weaving furniture.Finally,the suggestion to improve the strength of grass stems was proposed by comparing other green materials.
