摘要
目的建立一测多评法同时测定窈窕丝语喷雾剂(肉桂、茵陈、没药)中α-蒎烯、β-石竹烯、肉桂醛、β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、石竹素、β-榄香烯的含量。方法该药物二氯甲烷提取液的分析采用Agilent HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);载气高纯度氮气;恒压5.45 psi;进样口温度240℃;检测器温度240℃;分流比20∶1。以β-石竹烯为内标,计算其他6种成分的相对校正因子,测定其含量。结果7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9994),平均加样回收率98.17%~102.20%,RSD 0.94%~2.34%,一测多评法所得结果与内标法(以萘为内标)接近。结论该方法简便准确,可用于窈窕丝语喷雾剂的质量控制。
ATM To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method for the simultaneous content determination ofα-pinene,β-caryophyllene,cinnamaldehyde,β-pinene,linalool,epoxycaryophyllene andβ-elemene in Yaotiao Siyu Spray(Cinnamomi Cortex,Artemisiae scopariae Herba,Myrrha).METHODS The analysis of dichloromethane extract of this drug was performed on a thermostatic Agilent HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),with high purity nitrogen as carrier gas,constant pressure of 5.45 psi,240℃for inlet temperature,240℃for detector temperature,20∶1 for splitting ratio.β-caryophyllene was used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other six constituents,after which the content determination was made.RESULTS Seven constittuents showed good linear relationship within their own ranges(r≥0.9994),whose average recoveries were 98.17%-102.20%with the RSDs of 0.94%-2.34%.The result obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by internal standard method(with naphthalene as an internal standard).CONCLUSION This simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Yaotiao Siyu Spray.
