摘要
黑龙江某铁精矿TFe品位60.96%,锌和SiO_(2)含量分别为0.416%、4.171%,试样中锌含量较高,严重影响后续冶炼过程。为得到高品质铁精矿,根据试样性质,进行了“精矿再磨—反浮选脱锌—磁选除杂”提纯工艺研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.038 mm占61.43%时,以丁基黄药为捕收剂、硫酸铜+氯化铵为活化剂经1粗2精3扫反浮选降锌,浮选尾矿再通过弱磁选脱硅,可得到TFe品位和回收率分别为69.08%、95.22%,锌和SiO_(2)含量分别为0.092%、1.27%的超级铁精矿,以及锌品位和回收率分别为23.54%、76.69%的锌精矿,实现了铁和锌的综合回收利用。
The TFe grade of an iron concentrate in Heilongjiang is 60.96%.The contents of zinc and SiO_(2) in the ore are 0.416%and 4.171%respectively.The zinc content in the sample is high,which seriously affects the subsequent smelting process.In order to obtain high quality iron concentrate,according to the ore properties,the purification process of"concentrate regrinding-reverse flotation to dezincification-magnetic separation impurities redmoving"was studied.The results show that under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.038 mm accounting for 61.43%,butyl xanthate as collector,and copper sulfate+ammonium chloride as activator,zinc is reduced by one roughing two cleaning three scavenging reverse flotation,and silicon is removed from flotation tailings by low-intensity magnetic separation,super iron concentrate with TFe grade and recovery of 69.08%and 95.22%,zinc and SiO_(2) content of 0.092%and 1.27%,respectively,and zinc concentrate with zinc grade and recovery of 23.54%and 76.69%,respectively,are obtained.The comprehensive recovery and utilization of iron and zinc are realized.
